The pandemic has accelerated the demand for HR Technologies (HRTech) as Singapore enterprises are looking to adopt initiatives to create better “employee experience” and drive higher employee & organisational productivity and performance. To enable such enterprises in their Digital HR initiatives, the 2021 Singapore HR Tech Market Map has been unveiled.
The Market Map is a comprehensive and collaborative research product of hrtech.sg, a Singapore headquartered HRTech Advisory & Consulting firm and Adrian Tan, renowned HRTech subject matter expert and Future of Work strategist at Institute for Human Resources Professionals (IHRP).
Both hrtech.sg and Adrian Tan had jointly collaborated on the 2020 and 2019 Market Map versions, which have been widely acclaimed by the Singapore HR fraternity. The 2020 version is also the only tech landscape map from Singapore to be featured in World Tech Landscape’s (www.techlandscape.co) curated list of Tech Landscape Maps from around the world.
This year, the Singapore HRTech Market Map has gone online and will now be available on www.hrtechmap.online, with every product having a separate listing page. This is bound to help the entire ecosystem, and more specifically Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs), by providing comprehensive information about all the products at the click of a button. The Market Map categorises products into EIGHT broad Talent categories (Talent Acquisition, Talent Analytics, Talent Engagement, Talent Development, Talent Operations, Talent Planning, Talent Rewards, & HRMS) and further sub-categories based on the problems they solve. New sub-categories that have been included this year include “Diversity & Inclusion” under Talent Acquisition and “Mental Wellness” under Talent Engagement.
