The app doesn’t require any integration or hardware installation and can be easily downloaded from the Android or Apple App Store.
Integration with HRIS Software
The app has a dynamic rule engine that can be changed as per requirements and can be easily integrated with your existing HRIS software to provide seamless reports. It also comes pre-integrated with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. This enables CICO to be used as a central portal for attendance management, leave and shift data of employees, auto-fill timesheets, or as an audit trail. It is beneficial for employees, their managers, and admins in charge of keeping such records as well.
